• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. The actual delivery time depends on the logistics provider.
• If you choose self-pickup, please collect your order at our designated store within the specified time and present your order confirmation.
4. Return & Refund Policy
• Due to the nature of fresh and frozen products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos and your order number.
• If the issue is verified, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
