3. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. If the purchase was made via online payment, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 3-7 business days.

    • If the purchase was made via cash payment, refunds will be provided in store credit or cash refund, depending on the situation.

    • Refunds will not be granted for personal preferences or subjective reasons (e.g., not liking the taste or not meeting expectations).


4. Exceptions

    • Perishable goods (such as meat, vegetables, etc.) are non-refundable unless they are damaged or expired upon delivery.

    • Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

    • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Late requests will not be accepted.
